What is Telehealth?

Telehealth solutions allow practitioners to connect with clients anywhere across the Twin Cities area (or state) with secure and convenient appointments online. The technology was designed to save people time and hassle — no need to deal with traffic when you can schedule and attend your appointments directly from a laptop or mobile device.

During the height of the pandemic, telehealth solutions became a lifeline for clients and practitioners alike, and today, those solutions remain an important part of mental health care. Schedules are harder to meet, those struggling with anxiety and depression are less likely to go into an office space, and families or groups of people spread out geographically can now more easily participate in the conversation.

How does Telehealth scheduling work?

New and existing clients and families can reach out to our office to schedule an intake. We’ll check the availability of practitioners in our group who offer telehealth solutions and help get you scheduled.

Once scheduled, you’ll be provided information about the upcoming appointment and how to join the telehealth call with the practitioner through a secure app/site powered by simplepractice.
