Introduction: I have experience providing mental health advocacy, academic, and community support to college students, with a specific focus on Black/African American college students. I believe in providing radical empathy and understanding to individuals and families and focusing on an acceptance and commitment to theoretical orientation. I am a mental health advocate for clients and non-clients alike and believe in striving for personal insight and exploration of the self.
Licensure: Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Rachel is under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Swinson-Stafford PHD, LMFT.
Education: Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University in Clinical Counseling Psychology
