Introduction: My approach is person-centered, relational, and respectful to meet clients at their level of readiness to make change while incorporating evidence-based practices. I collaboratively work with individuals to create a life that is present-focused, meaningful, and consistent with the person you want to be.
Licensure: Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Courtney is under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Swinson-Stafford PhD, LMFT.
Education: Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, University of St Thomas, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, University of Massachusetts
Additional Training: Research assistant at the Minneapolis VA and actively serving member of the Air National Guard.
