Courtney Ketola
Areas of Interest/Specialty: Children, adolescents, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress reduction, relationships.
Introduction: My approach is person-centered, relational, and respectful to meet clients at their level of readiness to make change while incorporating evidence-based practices. I collaboratively work with individuals to create a life that is present-focused, meaningful, and consistent with the person you want to be.
Licensure: Courtney is under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Swinson-Stafford PhD, LMFT.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is currently attending the University of St. Thomas working toward her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
Additional Training: Research assistant at the Minneapolis VA and actively serving member of the Air National Guard.

Office Days & Location: In-person at Woodbury on Tuesdays, Telehealth offered with flexibility Monday-Friday
