Areas of Interest/Specialty: Working with children ages 6 and up, anxiety (GAD and separation), school-related issues (refusal and academic performance), social skills, anger management, depression, and neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD).

Introduction: My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I believe you already have many of the tools and strengths you need to heal and grow. In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover and build on those strengths, explore what’s getting in the way, and find practical ways to create the changes you want in your life.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your own process.

Licensure: Master’s Level Licensed School Counselor, working towards LPCC under the supervision of Kate Rickord, MA, LP.

Education: Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from University of Minnesota

Office Days & Location: In-person and Telehealth, Monday through Thursday, at the Woodbury location.
