Meet OUr

Owners and Co-Directors

Sarah Fuerst, MA, LP (pictured right) and Kate Rickord, MA, LP (pictured left) are co-owners and co-directors. Both are dedicated to creating a healing space for those who want to build resilience and restore healthy functioning.

RHI prides itself on providing integrated mental health services through a trauma-informed perspective that focuses on supporting psychological and emotional safety for both clients and providers.
