Introduction: My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance where each client feels heard, supported, and accepted in a caring and non-judgmental space.

Licensure: Sydney is under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Swinson-Stafford PhD, LMFT.

Education: Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, University of St. Thomas.

Bachelor of Science in Psychology, North Dakota State University.

Additional Training: Research Assistant in Infant Cognitive Development; Certified Nursing Assistant; Childcare Provider; Registered Yoga Instructor. 

Office Days & Location: Telehealth and in-person availability at our Golden Valley office.
