Introduction: I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and have a strong passion for work with children from birth through age 10, as well as family work. I believe in supporting the whole person and family and encouraging overall wellness and balance. My goal is always to help children and their caregivers build on their strengths and feel supported in building healthy, stable relationships where everyone feels heard.

Education: Undergraduate in Child Psychology and Masters of Social Work

Additional Training: Developmental Repair, DC:0-5, ECSII, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Managing Adapting Practice (MAP)

Office Days & Location: Thursdays and Fridays in person in Golden Valley.
