Introduction: I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, valued, and accepted. Focusing on therapeutic approaches that are creative, client-focused, and client lead as a way to address various life experiences is important to me. I value keeping things light-hearted, and informal, and hope that clients feel empowered, confident, and unapologetically authentic in each session. If clients are dog lovers, my therapy golden doodle, Vincent, is always looking for hugs.

Licensure: MSW, LGSW, under the supervision of Kate Rickord, MA, LP.

Education: Masters in Social Work obtained from Augsburg University, Minneapolis, MN. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work obtained from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN  

Office Days & Location:

Telehealth is offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. Some in-office availability Monday evenings and Saturday mornings upon request. Additional flexibility upon request
