Introduction: I help clients learn and grow from the experiences, relationships, and inner beliefs that get in the way of our daily lives. I find curiosity and connection important in our therapeutic relationship.

Licensure: Master’s Level Licensed Psychologist with the MN Board of Psychology and board-approved supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy

Education: Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Interdisciplinary Certificate in Trauma Studies from the University of Minnesota.

Additional Training: Beginning Level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, TF-CBT, Circle of Security Parenting Registered Facilitator

Office Days & Location: Telehealth is offered Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends. In-person at Golden Valley on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
