Areas of Interest/Specialty: Life transitions: high school to college, college search, emerging adulthood, career paths as well as relocation, Anxiety, Depression, Grief & Loss, Career transitions, Sport Psychology, Mental wellness related to sport and injury

Introduction: My clinical work has changed over the last seven years and now includes a strong interest and focus in sports psychology. Additionally, I enjoy working with young people through transitions into and out of higher education, whatever that might look like. I have a professional background in collegiate coaching and served as an Assistant Professor at Carleton College from 2012-2021. Prior to moving to Minnesota for my career and graduate school, I worked at liberal arts colleges across the country including Williams College, Washington & Lee, and Earlham College. I am passionate about moving my body whether it’s in the water, on mountains, or coaching on the fields. I aim to incorporate my knowledge and passion for athletics as well as psychology into my practice. I reside in Minneapolis with my husband and our two daughters.

Education: Masters in Educational Psychology University of Minnesota: Twin Cities (Counseling School & Personnel Psychology), DePauw University 2004 (Sociology & Anthropology Major, Psychology Minor)
