Introduction: I provide therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-focused lens, and view each person as a resilient individual system capable of developing agency of their lived story and able to gain mastery of their whole self. I have over 20 years of direct-client mental health care experience working with individuals and families living with challenges complicated by mental illness, emotional and behavioral disorders, trauma, family violence, and significant court involvement.
