Areas of Interest/Specialty: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and concerns relating to self-injury, body image/self-esteem, and relationship conflicts.
Introduction: I am passionate to work with adolescents and adults who need additional support relating to interpersonal conflicts and conflicts within relationships. I am a middle school social worker, working with students and their families providing crisis intervention, mental health support, transition skills, and related concerns. I enjoy using therapy approaches to help strengthen and change negative or incorrect thoughts that can affect our relationships with ourselves and others. I firmly believe that as individuals we are constantly growing and learning, and look forward to working with you to reach your goals and support you on your journey.
Licensure: Anne is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker, who practices under the supervision of Kate Rickord, MA, LP
Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from St. Catherine’s University.
Availability: Offering telehealth services on Monday and Thursday evenings.
