Who We are
The mental health and wellness services provided through Resiliency and Health Institute (RHI) are uniquely tailored to support the whole health of each individual and family we serve.
Each of our providers is exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable in their therapy practice of focus. Our focus is on supporting psychological and emotional safety for both clients and providers.
The services we provide include treatment for anxiety, depression, emotional and mental trauma, adjustment disorder, attachment or abandonment issues, child or adolescent behavioral concerns, mindfulness practices, self-esteem issues, parenting support, couples counseling, and family counseling — just to name a few.
The trauma-informed therapeutic framework by which we work is informed by research, up-to-date training, and an ongoing and genuine interest to provide quality services to all clients.

Education services on select topics are provided to schools and other community organizations
Offer workshops to build teams’ business and risk management knowledge. Aim to develop supervisory and performance management skills, prevent and manage stress in a high burnout environment, build cohesion and program the development of a mutual support network within the leadership team

Cost for Services
RHI accepts most insurance plans. It is always a good idea to call your insurance provider to inquire about your specific mental health coverage before beginning therapy. Some providers offer out-of-network benefits for mental health.
